I was wondering if anyone knew if loose keys on a laptop (which fell off) and a busted screen (on the inside of the screen) was covered under the warranty and if not then where can I get replacement parts to these. Thanks a bunch!!

If you paid for their accidental damage coverage I'd say yes. But the only way to know for sure is to call them and ask them. And as far as replacement parts you'd probably need to tell what model it is for anybody to help you out with that.

On my old laptop they replaced both.

Its a Dell Vostro but I dont know the model.. Where do I find that at??
I think I found it its a Dell Vostro A860
YAY!! I just contacted Dell and they are going to fix this thing! I gotta send it off though and it will be 7 - 10 days before I get it back.
